What happens during the Sessions?
Our first session is designed to prime our minds as we start the exciting adventure towards getting that healthy body and mind you'll be proud of. We'll learn some great tips and techniques that everyone wanting to be healthier will benefit from, and then we practice methods to put these strategies into the "automatic" part of our brains. Other sessions will be more focused on specific goals, such as cranking up our metabolism, removing sugar cravings, not feeling hungry when we're really not, increasing our desire to work out, feeling good about ourselves, as well as sessions focusing on specific physical improvements (becoming faster, stronger, or better at a sport, etc..).

We teach you easy healthy-lifestyle tips & techniques that science has proven work for most people, most of the time.
There are thousands of diets, weight loss pills, fitness plans, nutrition programs, cleanses, etc. out there that assert they are "all you need" to have the healthy body and lifestyle you desire. And amongst all the clutter and noise, there's lots of good advice, ideas, tips and plans. And although our team members study a great deal and consider ourselves to be "experts" in matters of the mind-body connection, we do not claim to be nutrition or fitness professionals. Instead we work in a complementary role with those experts to help you more quickly and easily achieve your goals.
We look at the latest science and work with nutrition and fitness experts to select what's proven to be sound advice for our clients who want to lose weight and/or get fit in a healthy way, advice that’s been demonstrated to help most of the people most of the time. We concentrate on teaching our clients the small, easy changes that can have big and lasting results.
Then, through our guidance, in a similar fashion in which the Karate Kid mastered his skills through “wax on, wax off,” you too will naturally and easily, without even thinking about it, become an expert in living a healthy lifestyle and find yourself having pride in your body.
